Strap in with an experienced pilot and take off above the Panchoy valley for an unbeatable bird’s-eye view of Antigua, the cobblestone city laid out below, the valley stretching in every direction, and Volcanoes, Fuego, Acatenango, and Agua rising right in front of you. Fifteen to twenty minutes in the air, and a memory that lasts a lot longer.
