Whether you’re staying overnight in our cabins or visiting for the day, you’ll feel a sense of peace and wellness after your treatment or day-retreat package, embraced by the mountain, far away from your worries.
The Mayan Massage Package
Immerse yourself in Mayan culture and the warm embrace of our mountaintop Temazcal – a traditional Mayan dry sauna with aromatic herbs. Increase the heat by adding steam to your Temazcal experience. Package includes a traditional Mayan cacao, using locally sourced pure cacao made according to the Mayan calendar. Take your cacao before the Temazcal to increase your energy, stamina, and vibrational level, or enjoy your cacao afterwards to rejuvenate! We recommend booking the Temazcal first, and your massage afterwards, so that the body is fully warmed and ready to receive the healing touch of our massage therapist for the maximum wellbeing experience.

Fire & Ice Package
Whether you want to experience the many health benefits of combining cold exposure and heat, or are looking to recover from an epic adventure such as hiking Volcán Acatenango, you’ll feel a sense of full-body invigoration and recovery with this package! The Fire & Ice Package is ideal for flushing toxins, recovering muscle, reducing muscle and joint pain, and amping up your inner fire and calorie burn. During this hour-long experience we recommend taking 15-20 minutes in the sauna, followed by 2-3 minutes in the ice bath, and repeating this cycle as many times as you can for the ultimate health benefits.

Lymphatic drainage package
Pairing a Temazcal (Mayan Sauna) session with a specially formatted lymphatic detox tea and Lymphatic Drainage massage is an extremely effective method to maximize systemic detoxification, supercharge circulation, dramatically reduce bloating and can also ease altitude sickness. Using the sauna before the massage warms tissue and dilates vessels. This softens stagnant fluid and relieves chronic muscle tension, making it easier for a therapist to flush the lymphatic system. This massage works systematically through all 40 glands in the body, using a magnesium serum for the massage which further stimulates circulation. The treatment ends with a foot bath of apple cider vinegar, pink Himalayan salt, & baking soda to draw out the lymphatic fluids and toxins.
The Protocol:
• First: 1 Hour Temazcal (Mayban Sauna) Session
• Second: Detox tea with lemongrass must be consumed prior to the
massage treatment
• Third: 90 minute lymphatic drainage massage starting with a
5 minute extremely hot shower, and a change into your dry
undergarment
• Towels & Sauna Aromatics provided

• What to wear for temazcal: light athletic clothing, swimsuit, or nude
• What to wear for the treatment: a dry swimsuit bottom or
underclothes, no top
Post Protocol Recommendations:
• Wait 1 hour prior to showering to allow the lymphatic fluids and
toxins to continue exiting the body through your pores
• Shower with a sea salt body scrub (available at our gift shop)
The Signature Earth Lodge Package
This is your must-do wellness experience, combining all of the most essential elements for full body wellbeing together in one package. With our Signature Package you’ll be taking care of yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally and will feel invigorated yet peaceful afterwards! We recommend starting the day with yoga and then taking the Temazcal and Ice Bath together, starting with the Temazcal for 15-20 minutes and then the ice bath for 2-3 minutes, repeating this cycle as many times as you desire to receive the maximum health benefits and detox.

If you are seeking to enhance your overall well being and fully-indulge in self care, this full-day package is for you! The package starts with yoga class at 9am to get grounded, release mentally and physically, and elevate your body, mind, and spirit. After taking a break for a light snack or tea, you’ll be ready to continue your day with hot/cold therapy in the Temazcal and ice bath, and finally, topping off your day of self care with a full-body massage and jade & green clay face mask treatment.
